Ingredients:
2 small potatoes (cut into diced)
1 medium size caroot (cut into diced)
1 medium size onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Pork Kasim
4 tbsp soy sauce
30ml kalamansi juice
2 cups of water (add if needed)
250grams pork liver
salt and pepper to taste
125grams tomato sauce
225 grams garabanzos
1 piece red bell pepper
5 pieces hotdogs
2 dried bay leaf
50 grams raisin
