Very traditional style chef. Sa province Ng late father ko Hindi sila gumagamit Ng tomato sauce instead madami kamatis at yung pork I marinade Ng soy sauce at Kalamansi and marinade overnight. Sabi Ng tita ko gumagamit sila Ng anato oil na panggisa tapos sahugan Ng hotdog or Vienna sausage, may Kasama pang bell pepper, green peas, at atay , hinuhili sya para di ma overcook. Kahit may matira mas masarap sya the next day palaman sa tinapay Lagyan mo sya Ng cheese at siling labuyo transition to caldereta na sya 😅😅😅 Kya mas favorite ko Ang mga lutuin Ng bawat probinsya kesa puro fastfood
Legit po yan. Ganun po ginagawa ko po. Pag kunwari maguulam kami ng kaldereta bukas. Mamayang gabi ko sya lulutuin then palalamigin and ilalagay sa ref. Bukas ng umaga irereheat and kakainin 😀😀😀😀😀.
