Hello Dechen Sis... 1. wash the pork meat 2. pan fry the meat and take out those extra oil 3. put lil bit of oil in another pan or pressure cooker.( use pressure if you like well cooked meat/ but don't over cook) And fry the onion till golden brown. 3. Now put all the masala( jeera powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, ginger/garlic paste, chilly power) available at home. And fry it till the oil separate. 4. Put 2-3 tamatar into it to make proper gravy. 5. Now add hot water (small 1 cup)also the meat which we pan fry earlier. 6. Now give it a 2 to 3 whistle in a medium heat. 7. Add some freshly dhaniya patta..and thats it your pork Gravy is ready. Also don't forget to add salt in it hehe 😀 i cook my meal in a very simple way sis nothing special ❣️❣️❣️
