Pork Stir Fry | Stir Fry Pork with Oyster Sauce | Pork Recipes | Easy Pork Stir Fry | Best Pork Stir
Ingredients:
Pork Strips 400g to 500g
• Marinate with Salt 1tsp Soy Sauce 2tbsp Sugar 1tsp.
• Heat 4-5 tbsp oil/olive oil in a pan/wok.
• add Garlic minced 3-4 pods, Green chillies 2nos fine chopped, Onion Diced 1 medium sauté 3-4 mins on medium heat.
• add marinated pork strips and fry for 2 mins.
• add 1/3 cup water and keep stirring for even cooking until the sauce evaporates.
• add Black pepper 1tsp, Chilli pwdr 1tsp, Oyster sauce 2tbsp.
• add salt to taste and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
• add sliced bell peppers of your choice, and cook for 1-2 mins on high heat, make sure the pork strips are cooked before serving.
