Pork that Tastes Like BEEF Hot Pot at Kurogeya, Tainan, Taiwan 

Kurogeya is in many cities across Taiwan. This one in particular is in Tainan. They offer a very special meat called the Bellota pork. This is a Spanish pork that feeds on Acorns. Known for producing one of the test hams in the the world that gives a nutty flavor, you can enjoy this pork fresh in a hot pot? I am surprised to taste that it doesn't taste like regular pork at all but much more closer to beef. It's intense savory flavor has quickly become my favorite I would search for.
You can enjoy this hot pot in many different locations as it is a chain. My experience is that the quality is pretty similar but this location in this video is located at:
