Here's hoping!! Honestly I kinda doubt another Mother representative though. There's a strong chance all the DLC will be third-party, and we all know Nintendo's history with the series. That being said, I would be REALLY happy if he got in. If I had my pick for any Mother rep, it would be Duster (not another PSI user, and his thief tools would make for a very different and unique moveset) but Porky is a VERY close second choice. He's the more likely of the two as well, since he's FAR more iconic and was essentially the main antagonist for two games.

I'm a really big Earthbound fan and like I know there's a fan translation but maybe is Nintendo translated it or like localized it maybe it would have been playing my mother 3 already

It more than likely won't happen. Nintendo has released an interview where they state that they had plans to do so when it was released on the Wii U virtual console in Japan. However, it was cancelled because they thought it would be far too controversial for western audiences, not necessarily for players, but because of the inevitable media reaction.
I love the irony of this theme. One of the last fights in the game and it uses a remix of Mr. Batty Twist, the theme of one of the first enemies in the game.
Kirsten Blütling Those are known as leitmotifs (reusing a melody in a different song). You seem to be referring to the Pigmask Anthem leitmotif, which is NOT in every song in the game. It’s just one of the most common. No leitmotif in the soundtrack is universally in every song. Please, just listen to the soundtrack and you will find that your comment is not true.
