People who think the cameraman gets off watching this stuff...wrong as hell. As a filmmaker myself who's shot numerous (non-porn) sex scenes, it's the opposite of sexy on a film set. Hot, the camera is heavy, you're hungry, and you're focused on shot composition (no pun intended).

I would love to see reality in depictions of sex! The fantastic must be what sells, but it leads to unrealistic expectations that can be damaging. I worked as an escort, for years. I've known a few people in the porn industry and what they wont tell you is why many of these people choose this work. The vast majority have been severely molested as children, dated men twice their age when they were teenagers and get exposed to really foul sexual practices at a very young and impressionable age. I knew a girl who at 15 was dating a guy who was well into his 30s. She told me he would urinate on her, slap her around and do sexual stuff that a girl her age shouldn't have been doing. Dude pretty much used her to do the stuff girls his age would refuse to do. The girl was his play thing and he made sure he squeezed every last drip of fun out of her for his personal enjoyment. Later he got her into 3 somes with older women, then male friends of his, then started pimping her after he got her into drugs. Used to film a lot of it and god knows where that footage went, how many watched it without her knowing and if it made it onto the internet. Turned out he was dating 3 other girls, one he was getting serious with, and she was just a fun bang, because she allowed him to do anything he could dream of with her and she didn't have the smarts to refuse. She was cheating on him as well and having 1 night stands with guys she barely knew, mostly gross dudes, gang members, drug dealers. A few of my friends slept with her during those years and never said anything nice about her. A laughing "She's such a dirty hoe" was a common response when her name was mentioned. It took it's toll on her soul and that can never come back. She couldn't have normal relationships afterwards because the guys she liked knew she was not a woman fit for marriage or getting serious with. She was not a woman who you'd want to raise kids with. One guy I knew began dating her and after he heard the stories, he dumped her and moved on, but not before having his fun. Fast forward a few years when she was of legal age and she was doing porn, addicted to cocaine, opiates and meth. She looked 15 years older than me even though we were the same age. She tried to hide it under makeup but you could see a lot of pain in her face and a lifetime of poor choices. I ran into her a few years back and she was so hollow, so broken, not the girl I was in class with who was spunky, funny and kind. It was really sad. She even told me that she got other girls from bad homes into porn or prostitution and ruined their lives as well. I would bet every penny in my bank account the majority of men in porn were molested by older men when they were young. Most of these people tend to cut themselves, drink or use drugs to excess and commit suicide later in life. Not really something to promote VICE unless you want to get into the ugly side, their personal and family relationships and their very, very bleak futures.
It's an honest living. And if an adult chooses that line of work, so be it. Outside of the religious, who cares what another adult decides to for a living. Predatory people are everywhere! And the victims should be help and support at every turn. But a mile long rant over guys paying to visit a female lead porn boot camp? You're energy could be better spent elsewhere. So, rather than address the source of the problem, your solution is to put an entire industry, that they or may not pursue, out of business. Harsh penalties for the offenders. Adding increased mental, physical and emotional support networks for victims.
