Porridge Cocoyams aka "Nang tare" Cameroonian meal 

Porridge cocoyams (turning coco) is a one pot mouth watering Cameroonian delicacy made typically with cocoyams and palm oil. In this video, is an easy procedure to make porridge cocoyams without bitterleaf and with common spices especially for people who don’t have access to all those basic traditional spices.
