Stock is 86 lbs, and the system without flaps is 32lbs, and WITH flaps is 36lbs. This is complete header flanges to the exhaust tips including ALL hardware, clamps, straps etc.

NICE!! We would love the opportunity to work on your new Touring. In regards to warranty the exhaust upgrades generally doesn't void a warranty but you want to make sure and have a good relationship with your dealer.
