Possible the best promotional car video i never seen. No music, no stupid comments, no histories. Just driving skills, excellent pilot drone, and amazing power CAR. GOOD JOB!!! BRAVO!!! EXCELENTE!!!!
Quite impressive to see a 911 tackling these terrains. It is what Cayenne was designed to do. BTW, the aerial and high speed shots taken by the drone are breathtaking and require serious skill!
Do NOT compare cheap Porsche do the legend like Ferrari. See the prices, open your eyes for Italian design and never compare mass production cars like VAG's Porsche to manufacturer like Ferrari.
The best video I've seen in ages. Pure sound. No music. No "What's up GUYS!" by some dork that thinks they can review. Just absorb the magic of great design and the wizardry of German engineering. Be thankful the world has been gifted this artwork.
While most manufacturers are either settling down or struggling to retain presence (*cough*Ferrari*cough*), Porsche is one of the few that’s still killing it out there. One of the big reasons why they still remain as my favorite car manufacturer. Keep it up!
Ferrari generates a lot less revenue than Porsche. Also Ferrari sells cars so they can fund their racing team where as porche races to sell their cars. Nonetheless as a porchephile this is freakin awesome!
Words spoken from a true delusional fanboy Ferrari and Porsche are not in the same league Ferrari is certainly not settling down or struggling to retain Presence (nor competing with Acuras, Lexus,BMW, Audi and Mercedes cough cough)I love Porsche "911s" as much as the next car enthusiast but that's definitely a BS comment.
Its quite the opposite. Porsche’s main money maker are the Cayenne and now Macan ranges, the sports cars are more of a side hustle. All this while Ferrari was still making a good enough profit from their sports cars without even having an SUV.
@@bella_testastretta I’m aware of that. The big issue with Ferrari is they’re not really succeeding in anything they do. They’re doing terribly in racing, their cars are either aesthetically unappealing or over complicated (or both), their customer service and relationships suck, their quality control is pathetic especially for what you pay, and they’ve gone from making prestigious and exclusive cars (and some of the most beautiful and desirable cars the world has ever seen), to making mass-marketed unreliable people pleasers. They’re not the iconic company that Mr. Ferrari and Montezemolo breathed life and success into. They’ve really lost their touch. Porsche, on the other hand, is still winning motorsports and making exceptional cars while still retaining their heritage and sticking to what they do best. They only made mass-appealed cars for the sake of saving the brand from bankruptcy, and at least those people-pleasing cars are actual quality products consumers are not afraid to use. Also, not only is their service and attention to their customer/consumer base excellent for the most part, they keep innovating and breaking new ground with what they do; something I always admired.
@@bella_testastretta I used to be a huge fan of Ferrari but ever since 2014 they haven’t really impressed me with anything. Ferrari truly reigned in the 1960s, 1980s and the 2000s. After that, they haven’t struck anything that’s groundbreaking. At least in my opinion. Their in-house designs haven’t struck much of a chord with me either.
@@yoteslaya7296 Depends on criteria and personal taste. If you want a fast, reliable daily sports car, the 911 is the car to go. If you want an extravagant good weather car on even roads, Ferraris and Lambos and similar may be your choice.
@@Rondo2ooo ferraris are not even close to the engineering that Porsche brings into the 911. Just think that Porsche has basically been developping the same car for decades, thats why the 911 is the best sportscar ever made.
It's not perfect, ride height still too low, rims too big, they're not gonna show the part where you hit a big rock or land in a ditch and have to get towed out then pay some very expensive repair bills
@@BRAINFxck10 No I contest. That thing is high enough for whoever is going to use it for how it's meant to be used. Of course, when you break down you will learn a lesson of everyone overpricing you but until then. Joy.
My favorite shot of the day. We asked the drone pilot if he could do a sweep through the wind turbine and then a chase of me because it probably would look cool and he just nailed it on the first take
I expected more speeding across the desert than light rock crawling but I am impressed… [later that same video] … never mind, there it is 😂😂. This car rocks.
@@Thatit777 I talked to the guy flying the drone. He said he is impressed with my driving skills. I told him I know a lot of people capable of driving this way but no one else that can pilot a drone like this 😀
Im just so sad that Germans got infected with the Mind Virus called "Political Correctness" ; "Feminism" ; "LGBT" and "Rainbow". Because it takes real People with real Characters to create a Porsche.
@@tojo7742 Yea thats not going to do much, you can already see damage at 37 sec. Bits hanging down. I mean it's a fun idea but its based in a fantasy world.. In reality a weekend off road trip like this will likely cost $10,000 + in repairs, tires, dents and scratches...
There is something so sexy in seeing this fantastic sports car tackling such rough terrain and drifting on gravel, sand and snow! You just gotta love this “Allroad” type version of the 911!! 😍
DP- amazing you can find these images in the 'sexy ' catagory. My guess is you fall into the category of - the double chin- pot belly sort who've lost erectile function, turning to embrace your loud audacious auto🎉 Outdoor exercise is about hiking-running-tenting-river swims, good meals, open vistas..not 4 dirt kicking, over engineered country club flash. Can you imagine mountain biking up this terrain & encountering a cigar puffing rolie-polie goof ball budge bunny throwing up roster tails of choking sand. Please, all of you Porsche children transplant to Dubai & Monte Carlo & leave the pristine world to children & adults who still function rationally🎈
@@canyonhaverfield2201 hahahahaha 😂😂😂😂 It never seizes to amaze me, how people on social media tend to judge a person by reading a sentence….. Since I don’t own an off-road worthy 911 mate, I enjoy nature by cycling, hiking, snowboarding, diving, fishing, etc. Therefore I suggest you think before you write next time. Keep enjoying what you like and if the image of a engineering masterpiece in the nature bothers you so much , I would suggest you just watch videos that really interest you and avoid wasting your time on things that are meaningless to you. Life is short!
This clip is a beautiful fresh counterpart to other very well produced content car channels, going right to the bone, or "pedal to the metal". Taking "the risk" of doing the ambient/real sound road and showing the versatility of the vehicle in different scenarios. Like a great adventure journey.
I don’t understand, if your going to make an off road car that has an adjustable suspension, why not allow the suspension to give the car a lot of ground clearance, instead of just a little clearance. Your going to need more at some point
One of the craziest things I saw Someone doing with a Porsche. I am already scared from time to time doing such off-road trips with my camper van but these Porsches still have a completely different ground clearance than I have with my camper van 😂
@@ridgelineenjoyer1517 omg my $10k suv can drive better offroad thank a literal lifted $200k track car🤯. And a Tesla plaid is one of the quickest accelerating vehicles on earth, doesn’t mean that people won’t chose a hellcat or a catfish Camaro over it
This is exactly why I will always be a Porsche fan. In the luxury sport vehicle market going up against supercar giants like Ferrari, Lamborghini etc… Porsche will always be the most practical and capable sexy beast on the road, track and now dirt monster. 🥰
@@MrGtubedude Porsche doesn’t fall into the super / hypercar category unless it’s one of their limited series or prototypes. As far as sales and manufacturing. Yes Porsche is bigger.
@@fragileglass9622 their cars are just as capable as any other so called super car and don’t depreciate like say McClaren. I cam afford any of these cars but I always get a GT3. It’s less than say an equivalent Ferrari, it’s more reliable and does just as much as any of those others. Although with recent price increases their becoming less less expensive. And some of them like the GT3 are just as hard to get
@@jimsteinway695 you’re reading too far into my comment. I’d park a 911 Dakar in my driveway any day and could afford to ship it for an off road excursion across the ocean, still have money to maybe park a Panamera in my driveway. That’s what I mean by practical. 911 Dakar can go where no Ferrari dare. That’s beautiful! LoL
Again and again Porsche nailed it with their mighty 911 Dakar!!! What a Masterpiece. A sports car for all seasons and every day driving. Congrats Stuttgart.
Wow I was glued to the screen from start to finish Incredible work with the driving as well as filming! It did an amazing job showcasing this impressive car.
L’unica Porsche che comprerei oggi ma prima la rialzerei ancora di più e le metterei gomme con maggior spalla! Per il resto è bellissima e il portapacchi sul tetto con fari di profondità è fantastico!❤
Is driving on a dirt road and a snow flat really off-roading? It's halfway to an off-road vehicle. It can handle relatively flat soft surfaces. However, with its minimal ground clearance, it wouldn't be very capable of traversing rough terrain.
@@Inflator82 offroad tires, offroad suspension, nothing special needed for the gearbox. This is literally what this version has been designed for, genius. lmao
At the beginning of the video I was wondering what’s the point of this car, and then just a few moments later I realized what an awesome car this is! Excellence driver, Excellent video shots as well.
This. I don't know why they just can't make the body out of coloured stainless steel. It would be functional and durable. The reality is, most of these Porsches will end up off-roading on curbs in front of shopping centres, while risking being damaged by eco-morons.
This is the best idea from Porsche to take it to production, however the 205mm ground clearance is just not a lot for rocky roads and jumps. As a memner of "safary all the cars" community I have to say that it's 300mm at least where real fun starts, but over all: well done Porsche👍
I never imagined a video of a brand spanking new Porsche Off-Road would be so spectacularly perfect!!!! No music. No talking. Just tires crunching and gripping where there isn't much traction and engine burbling along more than happy to do so until.......somewhere wicked this way comes!
Impressive, but not actually offroad, because its literally driving on....roads, just gravel, desert, dusty ones, that offroad track in the video is fairly neat🤣
Any car that can survive this torture test is worth owning but sadly, most of these supercars will spend most of their time on the road instead of the trails they were meant to be on 😆😉
@nitestrike1000 how about those luxury cars/supercars in the middle east (mostly in Dubai/Abu Dhabi)? The 6x6 Mercedes driving into the dessert and such? 🤔
Да чисто авто для бездорожья, задел камень или попал колею царапнул крыло или помял,оторвал подкрылок отдал всего то миллион или пару миллионов за ремонт,да отличная блин машина для бездорожья!😄😄😄👍👍
Pure power, engineering masterpiece. Someday hope to have the opportunity to drive a Porsche. Congratulation for these brilliant shots! I felt sorry though when I saw the sequence in the dessert and imagine that all that sand entered in the engine, filters (a jewelry should not deserve that treatment)
