Suggestion for your mounting points. You could make up some spacers (plastic or aluminium rod cut into discs etc) and cut them into the foam core before doing the layup. That way when you tighten down the hardware you cant crush the foam core

Nice. Should of out patches of Kevlar over the bottom side of the mounting bolts, for scrapping. Good job though.

Nice work there!your thickness allows to you to make a 3-4mm reccess for the nut on the underside.put a little cf fabric underneath the nut to protect the core material and bond it in place..then sand the bond material flat. Cheers

Need a full carbon 72 Datsun 521 pickup to sit with the 240. Or better yet to haul that 240. That will also require a carbon decked out trailer.

To be honest I think they are hard to come by on eBay I do remember tim telling me that and that he stocks up whenever he sees them. Trying to see if we can get enough and just sell ourselves for everyone else.
