Another nice video Van! Your problem with the engine sounded very familiar to me. I had almost exactly the same problem with my 1.7 (1971) engine. A lot of work was done during the overhaul, including line boring, and finally, after opening the block three times because the crankshaft was not turning properly, I switched to a "fresh" casing. Did the job for me, and when I watch your video, for you too! Looking forward to your next big one, so keep up the good work!
