Thank you for the great videos on changing the sensor👍👍. I will have to do the same repair in the next 14 days. Can you give me a tip where you got the M22x1.5mm and M24x1.5mm bolts? I can't find any with a full thread☹
I got them from a specialty high tensile bolt shop. They are a bit hard to come by. Also, I'm just about to put another video up of the rear case removal. Having done this a few times now I've worked out a few things that will help the process and also ensure the pinion shaft bearing doesn't fall out and break. I'd suggest looking at this prior to doing the job. I'll put it up in the next few days.
Great video. Thanks a lot. I had issue put the black plastic plug sort of thing into the black cap and broken it when using something else trying to push the plastic part. Is there any good way?
I just pushed it in by hand with no problems. Maybe some grease. The different plugs are different parts, including the plastic piece that goes into it. Ensure you have this correct. Otherwise it won't fit.
I can't lend it out as I'm using it all the time. We are developing a new distance sensor. It's pretty easy to make. Are you in Australia and close to Newcastle. If so, you are more than welcome to come to me and take a look at the process prior to starting yourself.

@@daniel951st Dead easy to make yourself. About 10 bucks in parts and a few drilled holes. Happy to hear the vids are helping. The more workshops doing these fixes the better.
