Power tools make most of it look quite quick and easy - apart from those wretched flange studs.

where does the post cat o2 sensor plug in?, cant find the connector

That’s no Boxster S. Not even a 2.7, but an earlier 2.5L. Please confirm. ECU reads O2 sensors (pre-cat and post-cat) from primary catalytic converters on exhaust manifolds, which are clearly not present.

Please do not use those aftermarket catalytic converters, they will cost the engine a lot of performance. Use old or refurbished originals. Never those aftermarket ones. I did that and had work time and money lost.
