I have a question, the 24 HEX code changes because it is a rolling code, how can you get that to be able to pair the remote, I did all the steps in the video and cloned my M534 perfectly, I extracted the 24 HEX from Line x0100 but what do we do with the rolling code that changes that I read are the last 5 characters of the 24 code
thats a very good question. i just read the code thats there and then i know thats the code the unit is expecting to receive so i program that but if it fails then you have to read it again and use the new code instead.
😮I congratulate you my friend, thank you very much for the good information you gave. I have a 2000 Porsche boxster s vehicle, I use piwis 2, I want to reprogram the vehicle's DME and change the map. piwis asks me for the programming code, where can I learn this code? I did all the flash readings from the ECU. Is this code registered in the ecu or in the m534 unit?
Is that eeprom data dump file the only data you need to clone an alarm module? Ie if I re flash another module with the contents of that data, will it work in the car?
Hello, My IMMO M5340 was damaged by water, I bought a new M534 and cloned the EEPROM just like your video and everything worked correctly except the Remote is the only thing I couldn't get to work, do you have an email to share information about this? thank you so much
@@PSICompanyPerformance sorry for bothering you the remote code this work just for the orginal remote or i can use this code to program new remote as well bec only remote available is used without the learn code
@@wedolocksmithorlando thanks for watching the code you see is for the especific remote that you are programming...that means that each remote should bring its own code...so i am guessing a used one is not your best bet unless there is a code with it
Hi friend! Amazing tutorial and the only one I can find on this. When I click on Swap Bytes L/H, nothing happens at all. Do you know what could cause this?
thanks for watching i never tried thatt but i almost sure that it wshould work just remenber to get the exact same part number to do that. good luck and lets us know if it works if you try it.
@@eurowerx4267 did you desolder the eprom from the module? it better to remove it from the board and to make sure you have a good contact to the programmer, also make sure you select the right eprom 93c66a
Thank you so much for posting this! Took me possibly an year of researching to get to understanding what I need to do get the remote to work again. I have a question, I believe my mechanic changed the transmitter inside the remote so its not the one original to car but he was unable to program. Would reading the code from eeprom get me the code to this replacement transmitter or the original one?
Thanks for watching The code in the eprom is from the original remotes... If you still have the original one , even if its not working, you swap the microchip with the other of the new remote and get it working with the original codes.. Good luck
@@PSICompanyPerformance By 'microchip' you mean the pill in the key fob, right? At this point, the key works to unlock manually and start the car. The fob unlock button blinks red when pressed. Let's say I read the codes via eeprom reader and use them to program the fob, is there a chance I could brick anything if the code I input is wrong?
thank you for this, this is easily the best video on this topic on YT :) quick question though: there are 4 "memory slots" for remotes and you showed, where the code for #1 starts. do you know at what addresses the other codes/remotes start? thank you in advance! ps: left a like and subscribed ;)
