I hear so much about too many buttons on the console. But if you know what they are, it isn't confusing at all. Half the buttons on both side of the stick are redundant heating and cooling buttons for the driver and passenger, and accept for Sport Mode, most of the others wont be touched very often at all. And if you leave the system in Auto, you wont have to do anything except adjust the temp. All the buttons make it look like an airplane cockpit (which I like), especially at night, and are very easy to use one you understand them. I have a 2016 Macan S.

Having owned over 32 cars in my lifetime, I can truly say that my Macan S is the best I've ever owned. I can only say there's only one better, and that's the GTS. I want it in red with chromo package, beige interior with walnut scherkly's, black 21inch wheels and low mileage. Anyone got one?

I fully agree, I have bought 5 german sedans/SUVs and one Lexus SUV since 2002, and can categorically say that Macan S is the best car/SUV I've ever owned since I purchased my 2017 model. It's so appealing to me that I am replacing my 2013 Cayenne with the newly ordered 2022 Macan S (last combustion engine Macan to be made before Macan makes full electric cars from 2023); that arrives in July 2022. Yes, I would end up owning two models of Macan S at the same time from mid of 2022. One with 3.0L V6 single Turbo 340bhp, and the new one with 2.9L V6 TwinTurbo 380bhp.

best SUV on the market but right now on Autotrader there 106 for sales in the UK and the lowest priced is £46,850!! so I am looking at the Evoke which I know is not as good

+logical fruit Evoque has better interior and feels nicer inside, but the macan is so quick.

Well My wife always wanted one. Coming from a q53.0l the macan turbo does it all. Quiet family car or when alone you can drive it as good as a 911. The air suspension is a must it glides. Q5 has nothing on this.

Tough choice between Evoque and Macan for me. I like both for each their strengths. Just depends which way Im leaning the week of Ordering I suppose. Any Macan owners thoughts welcome to reply... primarily what do you believe is the cars biggest weakness if any? Is it comfortable to drive long distances in your opinion? Ive test driven one briefly. Did not spend enough time to make a full assessment on comfort.

I'm between the Evoque and Macan. Although I may go with the Porsche since it's a Porsche and I've always wanted one. Would like to hear people's thoughts on the Macan. The Jaguar F pace is pretty sweet also.

Im probably one of the people who wasnt blown away by the Macan when I test drove it. It wasn't anything spectacular. Maybe because itd always be on my mind id rather have a Cayman or 911 for a Porsche. But thats my bias..... A lot of people love the Macan. And its a sexy vehicle for what it is. But I'm not sure if its really worth the price for me personally.

The price buts most buyers of even second hand these vehicles are bloody expensive 'one good thing is it holds onto its value really well 63 per cent after 3 year a witch is brilliant 'so the McCann buyer won't lose much money great 'it's buying it in the first place thats the hard bit ''''' stevie

watch out for failed torque converters around 50-60k miles...$4-5k repair bill on that one. they also put a gaudy chrome trim around the transmission/climate controls that blinds you and your passengers...the seats aren't very impressive either

Judging by what you've said I'm going to say you've never driven nor own one. My Macan S is more than capable and not rigid? That's a joke right? Mine has little body roll with AS PASM on sport plus. Also you do realize that your comment about not being "powerful" enough is total BS. The Macan Turbo leads its class in power... Some other better SUVs you can buy eh? Like what? Give me a good answer besides a Cayenne because if you mention any other SUV besides a Cayenne or SQ5 then you seriously don't have any clue what you're talking about or are looking in the totally wrong segment of SUVs.

take it easy bro, at the end its a matter of taste. arguing won't let u sell your SUV or get me to buy one. I drive sports cars and will never get an SUV, but I was comparing this with other SUV's like Cayennes, Audi, BMW and I see that those SUV's are much better for the money someone will spend. regards,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The customer services at Porsche is a nightmare! Treat you like a sheep, they help you when they are ready and then screw you for every penny you have. Look elsewhere, because after you pay for your macan you will be screwed.
