First of all, Porsha is divorcing her husband because he got caught by the FBI for illegal residency in the USA. He wasn't supposed to have been over here. Then, he got caught up in Credit Card Scams and some financial trouble with the bank. Simon just got caught and the government was coming after Porsha income. Simon is supposed to go to prison because he overstayed in the USA on multiple occasions. Simon was supposed to have stayed 90 days or 6 months. And he just got caught. Simon is being deported back to Africa. Porsha is just protecting her cash because the government will take everything if you are married. She is not doing this for a STORY LINE. So, Al should have done his research on this one. Lack of research from Al's part.
