That up air out of that combo was sick. I didn't even know that was an option while being juggled. Very good point.

its the little details like that that separate the good from the great. leon won the mental game with that up air and destroyed wizzy's confidence with that huge up smash later on. that's why leon is so good, he plays the mind game so well.

Actually, that's not the case, look carefully at the first combo bowser broke out. With the combined effort of up air and tough guy with DI, Leon DI'd giving himself a small window to act. The moment that happened Wiz was not able to confidently pursue combos that normally be safe. That was excellent conditioning

You should see his animation for being footstooled it's one of the funniest in the game

He filled up FLUDD. When you fill it up it does that. Sheiks does it when you fully charge needles.

Every character that has any thing you can charge up and store for later does that

exactly what i thought. at the very least at 2:31 could've did the falling uair to confirm into the fair. im obviously no Wizzy but i main mario too and wizzy had so many opportunities for long strings or kill confirms that just became small bread and butter combos. i get you don't want to overextend but in this mu you have to punish bowser more

@@Junr777 yeah I guess my issue is why he wanted the jab reset. I could see if he was playing against a character with an excellent recovery who wouldve survived the spike (ROB for example). But bowser is more likely to live from fsmash at ledge than fair anyway

Thats DWizzys fault not Mario. During covid he played viewer battles and streamed other stuff, instead of compete in wifi tournaments like everyone else. He has a lot of catching up to do.

@@lavender188 Sometimes mario struggles getting kills, also he can get outrangeded by some characters but, you're supposed to land a random hit and optimize from it. Also mario mains need to mix their approach options and rely on the comeback factor a bit more than people think when he is in disadvantage. I feel like it since I play mario too
