Dicko puts in 110% every game, and whereas his goal kicking hasn't been as prolific as we all would have liked, himself included, his impact further up the ground is valued. Quinton i think could be a valuable asset, especially up fwd, so worth another year.

On an absurd tangent, IF there is any legitimacy to Shai Bolton expressing interest outside of Richmond despite his 4 year contract, then I'd love to think that Pepper an Narkle could seriously plant the seed for us, and that our free agents could also provide leverage for a potentially "rebuilding" Richmond. Awfully ambitious, but we're clearly in for a penny now, so why not dream big. 😂

I'd give Trav a year now even if I knew he didn't want to go on and happily pay it out, he's earned every bit of it. I'd give Charlie a year before Frankie or Jeremy, never question his effort, can't say the same of the others

Totally agree. Charlie's gotta go... When he doesn't play the team is forced to step up. Besides that it's painful to watch him now.

This is one hell of a difficult conversation. We need to think of the future and how to position the list with life beyond in mind. I don't envy the football department at all this time of year.

Move Travis and Charlie into development coaching roles. I feel they have great football intelligence but their bodies are holding them back.

Boak needs to go, it's better to leave a party 5 minutes early than 5 minutes too late. I get that he's a fan favourite, but he's robbing a young bloke of his future. He's also kicked 0.11 for the year...

How is Dixon even playing this year and is still getting picked this weekend? It's just nepotism at Alberton under Kenny. Forget the premiership, gotta gift games to cooked players.

Tom McCallum should be re-signed ….. will be worth it. Trent McKenzie age and injuries against him. Travis Boak will probably retire. Charlie Dixon…… watch this space, a lot will depend on the rest of this season, but big power forwards are rare. Francis Evans is a little up against it. Quentin Narkle 50/50. Kyle Marshall needs another preseason.

Trade Burton not Mckenzie, get a 2nd rounder for him, keep Narkle, trade either Mcentee or Evans. Cant see there being much list movement this year
