And I wouldn’t be overly worried about swirl either . I’d make sure the bowl was nicely shaped ignoring the hump, trust me when the injectors fire fuel at a million psi you have swirl don’t worry about that . I have an idea that the inlet port is not long enough so having a spacer made to sit the manifold further back from the head, the same could be achieved by welding tubes into a 150 inlet manifold I think this would help .

I disagree a well ported cylinder head would be every bit as good as the other manufacture . Any cnc ported head is only a machine copy of a hand ported one . What you have done is a proper job maybe a better choice of finishing methods would help you plus practice I could do a complete head in day, compared to the bike heads I usually do cars are easy
hello. at minute 5:10 i see you have some cracks in cylinder head, between injector holes and admission holes. i have a cylinder head with small ussage at the injector bore, but it has cracks in all the admission holes and injector nozzle. can this be a problem ? i want to put this head on my car , because my head has 1mm ussage in the injector bore.
Do you also match the exhaust manifold to the gasket? Because if you have a step between the cylinder head and the exhaust manifold......... You could also do 3 angle valve seat (Machinist)
Boas, a partir de que hp deve/se começar a fazer o porting? a cabeça PD aguenta quantos cvs? tenho um cupra pd160 e fiz 280hp em banco com cabeça de origem...
@@ВладимирЯковенко-б2з добрый день.это просто желание по факту буду ли делать не известно,головеп отдельно стоит 40к примерно.а свою снимать не вариант.да и мне не сильно крутить надо,а больше чтоб движок легче дышал чтоб в каких то моментах не так туго было
@@АлексейИбаев-г3м Туго это как и от чего?) Турбина основной затык на выхлопе например, но и без затыка нет давления. Вопрос оптимальности затыка это второй вопрос. А если мощность не 250+ то и смысла в портингах ноль.
