Hey guys. I have been living full-time in my F150 for over three years. Sleeping in my truck and enjoying whatever area I am at the day!
Taking a ride over to Port Aransas Texas. The ferry is always fun and we spotted some big ships from Charlie's Pasture.

Don't see many Jackrabbits anymore. I looked up why they named it Charlie's Pasture. A generous guy named Charley let locals graze their cattle on his land. Now you know🤣 Have a great weekend buddy!

Good morning Calvin. A few years ago I learned about that place from watching Bud's channel. I gave all the information back then. They're doing a lot of work over there now. I hadn't planned to go there but when I was getting off the ferry my Bobby sent me an urgent message to find a bathroom right away 👍🤣👍

Good morning Mike. I hope you're well friend. I spotted a rainbow this morning when I picked up Luciano to take him to the grocery store. We had some rain around 5 AM. I hope you're well friend. I think I answer your question about the walkway in tomorrow mornings video. I did quite a few videos yesterday while I was in Port Aransas. Good suggestion because it was a gorgeous day. I hope you're doing well friend. Guess what I had for dinner last night?

Here in Robstown the trains are all day, everyday. I love them and developed an obsession with them once I moved here, but it's faded a little now that it's not so new anymore. I still love hearing their horn though, and seeing their lights. I can hear it from my house but sadly only can see glimpses of it passing between houses. I wish I had full view. I also hope cooler weather is coming. I am leaving to Mexico later tonight and maybe the weather will be cooler down there. I do not want to travel at all, but oh well, I have no choice. I am always happy to get back to my South Texas though. Once I start seeing seagulls in the sky I know I am getting closer to home again. Lol. I loved that egret you focused on, such amazing birds.

Yay front row for Captain Dennis! The zigzag doesn’t bother me but one time we were floating backwards down the channel without the engines running and I nearly had a heart attack - 10/10 do not recommend. Nice rainbow! Oh, this is when you saw the jackrabbit - excellent! Interesting ship, don’t know that I’ve seen one quite like that before. Gorgeous day, I hope you really enjoyed it!

Hey Lisa. It was a very good day. It flew by. I'm so glad the beach was drivable. But through the magic of RU-vid I am still there. I kinda like my engines running when I go down the channel.

Good morning Dennis! Such colorful ships today, and nice colorful rainbow to go with them! Those ferries do sound cool. Maybe like a dozen diesel locomotives lashed together with a jet engine thrown in for good measure. I would enjoy riding them! And can you imagine if we put my beloved 2102 on the deck of one of those large ships? It would look utterly lost up there! Glad we've both got cool stuff we enjoy, and I would love to get down there to ride the ferry and watch the ships someday.

Now that's interesting Jamie. I wonder if one of those ferry boats could carry the weight of a locomotive? We can only dream.

@@dennis78382 I'm thinking not for the ferry boats, but those larger ocean liners sure could. Interestingly I was at a new-to-me railroad Saturday. They have a steam engine #142 that I had hoped to see, but it's still down for its rebuild. They were saying how it was built in China in 1989 and shipped here. But interestingly the railroad was originally supposed to get a different one #141. Sadly the ship carrying it sunk in the Indian Ocean in a storm, and the brand new steam engine went down with it and was never recovered. 🌊🚂😢

How cold will it be in 200 years when the story of how the ships sunk is lost in some diver finds a train in the middle of the ocean. They will be fair he said it was once dryland 👍🤣👍

It’s pretty incredible to think just how much damage that hurricane did….. Mother Nature certainly knows how to get our attention. I’m glad to see all the improvements happening for them. She should hand onto that $1 coin it’ll be valuable at some point in time I’m sure!!
