Great video!! I was in Dalvey about 30 years ago. We were there helping to rebuild that church at the very end of your video. It was being rebuilt after Hurricane Gilbert If you are in that area again any chance you could do a video of the inside of the church? ( And less likely but I ask... a video of the blue house across the street. That is where we stayed. To thank the lady for letting us stay there we repainted her house for her.)

This is such a long, dark, lonely stretch of road on the journey to Portland. Not a pleasant place to drive at night. How many years will it take for the road work to get here? I have never been into any of the communities off the main road though. That would be an interesting exploration.
