Please let me post this on my website - real estate - just to help my visitors get a feel for the area. No commercial or $return, just of interest - so nicely done!
My sister just moved there last year, and when I visited her this summer, we drove around Port Royal looking at what houses we could see. When I'm looking at this waterside view of the houses, I'm really surprised that they aren't encased in screen. I thought with snakes, alligators or crocodiles, lizards and geccho, you'd want to put "cages" to keep them out. Just saying..... I hate and am deathly afraid of snakes, so I'd be really worried about them and wouldn't enjoy spending time outside, especially if I was rich enough to own one of these mansions. But, they sure are beautiful to look at. Thanks for showing them. This is something my sister and I didn't see when we were driving around the neighborhood.
That's just the front view. Most of the Gulf view sides are enclosed settings or second story balconies. There's no gators in that area on the beach side. I can assure you that none of them have any concerns about wildlife disturbances.
😂WOW, you need to experience life. The more expensive homes don't have "cages" on their Lanai because it's ugly, and they aren't concerned with nature as you are, it's not an issue as you implied.
LOL, someone bought one last year for 42.5 million, and demo'd it. Building new. I heard a lot of people weren't happy about that. I'm not sure he cared.
