The Port is working to provide housing options across multiple price points ranging from affordable to market-rate. Through partnerships with a variety of federal and state agencies, the HURC, a managed entity of The Port, rehabs run-down, abandoned properties into affordable single-family homes to confront some of the most pervasive problems facing disinvested communities, from blight to access to quality affordable housing. Since 2015, HURC has rehabbed more than thirty homes in the Hamilton County region.
