I find the iSonic really good. The back foot is a little closer in to centre, rather than out on the rail making it feel better off the wind and the board seems to gybe nicer, being a little longer perhaps. It also seems easier to get going. I've got the Starboard 81 Slalom Foil 2022, so am comparing it to that and at the moment, prefer the iSonic 83, but continue to swap between the two.
@@daveandgeri Interesting. It looks like the tail is a bit wider than my Blast. I found the Blast a bit too narrow in the tail for race foils but I haven't gone anywhere near as fast as I have on my dedicated foil board. I haven't seen very many videos of people using the isonics with foil boxes, just the dedicated race boards. Thanks!
