Portable air conditioner 

NOT A SWAMP COOLER! This uses chilled water to cool a heat exchanger that cools AND dehumidifies the air. Runs on a rechargeable 12v 12ah battery with an optional 40w solar panel. It has two 265CFM fans that can be used single (normal) or tandem (high). The black tube I added in the video expands and bends to focus the air.
