Recall reading the cow/dung is used for priming so initial load is dung. Once is running then can put in any organic but need to check if any added handling is needed. Like wood does not work very well.. grass can be used, if Google there is a paper that was written that gives a good writeup about it. Green veg materials work well. Really anything that is biodegradable could be put in but they have varying amounts of gas would produce.. also a couple things to be careful of chemicals/pesticides on anything going in can adversely impact.. also water quantity of ingoing is a bit of a Ballance, don't want to much or too little.. we would be putting in all waist food from kitchen and all green cuttings from gardens.
