I just found your channel Donny, and you did an amazing job of crafting something that looks retail, I love your use of the 3d printer. You made jigs with it that helped finalized a professional look, I was worried that it would be a overuse of 3d printing when I saw the title, but you integrated the 3d printer in a way that it should be used, we all know the look of 3d printed parts is not a finish that gives a production part look. The ports were masked in the back allowing them to do their job without showing up to the eye. You may want to consider giving the front ports that show an acetone bath, It helps give a production look to 3d printed parts and would only need done to the piece that shows to the eye. But I wanted to say, you did an amazing job , and I am about to use a set of Focal Slate series speakers for a similar product and kudos for doing an awesome job in inspiring many others.
35 min of video to build, in 2024, a bluetooth speaker! Fantastic and Remember: don't care about the people' time because it is shit. Your time and your money are the only important things! ❤
По сравнению с другими,эта колонка сделана качественно,жму руку мастеру,попробовать сделать что-то подобное но уже с флешкой и радио,я думаю получилось бы тоже супер,звучание динамиков бомба
Hi Donny, how did you calculate your needed power? Your battery pack is 3* 3.7v 3.4ah - Your amplifier can receive 12-24v and can give 2*100w - Your speakers can receive 40w
Hi! The actual power output on the amplifier is more like 2*25W if not less. The battery pack is roughly 35 Wh of capacity so it is suitable for the power needs of this amplifier.
Yes it does. I don't know how to really explain it, but basically because the channels plays different sound they will distort when there is no seperation.
Hello Sir, I Am From India🇮🇳 And I Loved Your Videos So Much. In My Childhood I Have Intrest On Speakers And Woofers, I am Your Very Old Subscriber, Can You Sell Me This Speaker
please make video on 2 way jbl 424fhi 4inch speaker, with bass radiator, im confused if i can add passive radiator to it or not because it does not have dustcap
I Know Your Struggle In Making Of This Speaker And Your Hard Work, I Know That Your Machine Are Very Costly But Sir Please Can You Give Me This Beautiful Product♥️♥️♥️♥️
Wow! Incredible build, so much attention to detail and the craftsmanship was meticulous. Your camera work and video editing are... Well to say incredible would be an understatement. The sound sampling was top shelf, the sound was excellent. But the part I liked the most, was the ported, powered portable speaker system that sounded impressive. Gorgeous work of art, with that embossed handle. Amazing. Really really good job all the way around.
That's awesome, I love the attention to detail! How loud is it? Did you test the decibels? It seems that the "22uF 100V Electrolytic Non-Polarized Crossover Capacitor" and " Dayton Audio CX120-8 coaxial driver" are sold out. Do you have any recommendations for replacements?
You must not have the bass port so close to a wall either! There is a rule that says how close to the wall you can have a it. And your pipes are a little too close to the wall! It has something with air that is held back and does not go out and in freely. And air noise.
During the WWE commercial you will be told "NEVER TRY THIS AT HOME". Yes! I'll never try this at all. It's never a DIY. It's a professional job. From the beginning to the end everything is highly professional. I'm so sure that even if you do all the wood work, the 3D printing, and getting all the parts for me, I will still not be able to do it. You are really good.
@@waik0182 MDF is composed of a combination of 82% wood fiber, 8% water, 9% UF resin, and 1% paraffin wax. So its not "Real Wood". What I was wondering is why Veneered MDF instead of say 3/4" Walnut. Or another Hardwood. Is there a benefit to using MDF besides cost?

Maybe my experience not big..But some things was strange for me.. 1.WHY used only 3 x 18650, with sequential connection ..? Many voltage, LOW power.. You need 2x(3) batteries.. otherwise your speaker can play very short time. 2. Why used handmade crossovers?? I see only low-frequency speakers.. Even without twitters.. Strange.. My own speaker works on 2x paralleled 18650 , and board can works on 3.7-5 V. I can use on max volume with 3W speakers 5-7 hours on 1 charge. How long can work YOUR speaker ? 😅 3. And.. why you make wall for speakers? Perhaps this is superfluous.
Hi! Will be happy to answer. 1. The battery is not large, I agree, but it still allows for around 8 hours of battery life on high volume. 2. These are coaxial drivers, meaning they have tweeters in the center. That's why the crossovers were needed to separate the signal for the woofer and tweeter. 3. Do you mean the front of the speaker?
