No, actual if you played Portal 2 Cave Johnson says to you: "If you came here to be injected with mantas DNA then we have some bad news, those tests have been postponed, the good news is that we have a new test for you, fighting an army of mantas men, pick up a rifle and follow the yellow line, you'll know when the test starts :)" wow I can believe I remember that.
