Can you see it, the Z4 by the dam, the Shelby by the waterfall, the Camaro parked under a tree next to a picnic, the 458 Spyder surrounded by falling autumn leaves in the tunnel of trees, the Reventon and Huayra in the high-level car meet, and finally, the Viper overlooking the bright festival from Red Rock’s cliffs with our trusty, generic player character admiring both?

None of my friends love EDM....they think its not real music, This song is a perfect example of how beautiful of an art EDM can be.

I’ll never forget how I came across this song when Forza Horizon released. I remember just cruising by the wayside at dusk, watching the sunset go by. I was just a kid then. Never thought I’d make it to my early 20s, let alone be driving an actual car and blasting this on the highway. It’s a surreal feeling. Life takes you by quick. It’s easy to get stressed but you gotta take advantage of your time and live in the moment. I don’t expect these words will be heard but I’ll leave this up for anyone out there who needs to hear them.

One thing I've noticed about Porter's music is even though it goes for 6+ minutes, you never lose attention. It captivates you and keeps you rooted to the spot. I was late to school once because I had to finish the song haha. I love it

This song gave me hope. When I spent days in my room crying from witnessing and undergoing abuse I always listened to this imagining myself far away and happy. It’s amazing how 6 minutes can change you. I will always be thankful that I found this song years ago.

This song was basically the start of everything for me and my friends, we all played video games before but it was never fun, normally we were little kids ages 8-12 saying bad words until we started playing FH1 and a bunch of racing games. Then it all changed, we loved forza horizon 1 and we have had the best times playing it. Then we moved to forza horizon 3 shortly after and it was the main game we played now we are just days away from forza horizon 4 and we have all came back to forza horizon 1 for a final trip with this amazing game. This song means so much to many people I know, most likely nobody will read this but that's ok. Thanks for all the good memories. (Edit, we are now about a few weeks away from Forza Horizon 5 and I am ready to be blasting this song while zooming around Mexico with the boys.)

0:30-1:00 is one of the most beautiful atmospheric intros I've ever heard. There's a main synth, piano, very quiet white noise ambience, a really distant synth flourish. Very fine details that make this song so much more epic.

2012: Porter Robinson in FH1 with Language 2021: Porter Robinson in FH5 with Look at the sky. So far apart. Yet they both give the feeling of booting Forza Horizon 2012 for this first time. The beautiful scenery. Exclusive cars, the seemingly endless open world. I love how the new song managed to capture somewhat of the same feeling I had back then in Forza Horizon 5.

I remember that i never pressed start on Forza Horizon, just to listen to this music. What an awesome music Porter Robinson made, an absolute masterpiece. Great to hear this music again, specially while car cruising alone or with friends or even on a trip in a bus.

I found porter through this song in forza horizon, that was 9 years ago and I'm still here. I was finally able to see him live at second sky this year and it was genuinely the best night of my life. I don't know how to explain how this song makes me feel, it just makes my heart happy.

This song has 5 spoken lines it and they feel like some of the most powerful lyrics ive heard in a song ever. Just a soft sprinkle of just what you "needed" to hear but doesn't affect the beauty of the song just adds a beautiful small touch onto a modern masterpiece.

Everyone is smiling and having the time of their lives. A time where you can live life on your own terms, do whatever you want, create anything you want. I don't know why it took me so long to find this song, but this one of the best electronic songs I've heard.

On the Nurture Live Asia Tour Porter said he'll continue to play this EDM song even after 30 years down the road when he's 65. I was so happy to hear him say that; Language has been my top favorite song that made me start listening and appreciating his music.

I can tell how this song influenced Zedd in two ways. The syncopated rhythm in the build ups became manifest in "Addicted to a Memory" (second build up). Also the four pauses in the chorus led to the four pauses in Zedd's remix of rude. Before he released both those tracks, he shared this song on his iTunes channel.

7 years ago I decided to walk away from a life of alcohol and substance abuse. I was at rock bottom of depression that was hidden underneath the surface of my entire life. Then I found myself in electronic music. No words necessary to convey emotion. Pure vibration and presence. Free from thought. This song was shared to me from a friend and when I started therapy Id come home play this song and naturally 'come up' dancing away in my living room. To this day it still gives me chills. Thank you Porter and all the beautiful souls I continue to share raves and festivals with being sober. Music is medicine. Let me float back to the place you found me. I am ok. Love and peace to you all

I hope that when horizon 5 comes around we get an absolute banger of a soundtrack like the first game.

What memories....... listening to this song reminds me of all the possibilities life offers. All my worries wash away and launch me into a mental place of being okay and being hopeful about the journey i want to take through life. It reminds me that all the daily toils and stress are meaningless to what i want to achieve. What a feeling.... 9 years later I’m sitting at my desk job on the complete different track i thought i was going to be on when i first heard this song playing Forza. All these emotions came back by just listening to this. What a feeling, and what a reminder as to what i want to be... Peace and love to those reading this and i hope you find love in this life.

it's crazy how much porter's style has changed

Is it just me, or if you listen to this song while you do nothing do you just start crying remembering how amazing FH1 was? Every time it goes into the main section, the images of bombing it down a Colorado highway or overlooking a big ass waterfall while driving a bright green Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera come flowing right through my eyes. Just remembering the feeling the game gave you just makes a great song even greater.

I can’t believe how many people, including myself, that had Porter, this song specifically, positively effect them. I thought I was the only one who felt like this song was the one thing that saved me and kept me pushing on. Listening to this song makes me forget about all of the bs in my life and allows me to continue on. I have Porter’s Worlds album tattooed on my arm with “I’ll be okay” right above it to always help me remember that. Thank you Porter.

Hearing this bring back so much nostalgia. I want to play FH1 now. FH5 also brought back such a nostalgic time in 2012 I missed so much. Porter Robinson was and is still a huge hit in my book!

Recently, I started up my friends old xbox 360 that I had put my hard drive in. I took out the best game to ever exist and put it in. I waited a second and listened to the sound of an engine start and then cars racing by. And then… 0:28 . It was so nostalgic and it hit my so hard from all the memories. I truly think this is what made that happen. This I such a good song and I will always have it in my head are coming out of speakers. Thank you for one of the best feelings ever. - a random person on the internet that thinks this is fucking great. Note: the best game ever to exist is forza horizon 1

Pure early 2010 vibes, miss them days a lot

I can't believe this song is exactly 9 years old now. I remember listening to this for the first time back in late 2012. It was my first experience with Porter Robinson's music and everything since then has been an amazing journey. There's something about your music that really touches the soul, and I'm so glad that you've shared this piece of your life with us. Over the last 8 years that I've been listening to you, I've watched your music grow and transform into such a beautiful creation, and I'm forever thankful that I was able to experience that.

I know you probably don't look at comments on six-year-old videos but I just want you to know this song has helped me through so much in life. In 2014 I developed pretty bad anxiety and depression. This song would always make me feel so much better and eventually, I learned that I can just repeat the lyrics like a mantra to calm myself down. Anyways, the reason I'm thinking of this is recently I was struck by an SUV on my bike, I went through the windshield and woke up in the back of an ambulance. As realization, confusion and panic set in I started repeating this and despite a concussion, four broken bones, multiple large abrasions, lacerations, and a collapsed lung I was able to remain calm and coherent the entire time, the EMTs even commended me on it. Just want to let you know how powerful these words are. I plan on getting "I'll be okay." tattooed on the inside of my wrist now. You're also responsible for the happiest time of my life at EDC 2017 and I love Virtual Self so much as well. Keep being amazing and I'll keep seeing you every time you're in Vegas like I have for the past four years.

After almost giving up on life and taking my own, I came to this song expecting nothing but left with even more strength and confidence than before. I truly thank you Porter, you are literally my hero and I owe you my life. Please never stop making music

I hate it how normal kids just think this music falls under the never ending umbrella of "dubstep". Those people arent sharing the incredible experiences and emotions that songs like this can inflict on people. It honestly makes me feel so good when i listen to songs like this. It just makes me go through a roller coaster of emotions and i want to keep riding that coaster. its a beautiful thing. Thank you to everyone that appreciates electronic music you guys have been my family since forever even though you are complete strangers to me. I hope someday everyone shares our passion for electronic music.
