This version has less distortion than the other one on RU-vid. Most notable on the sounds right after the first "we have a war to fight". In this version there's no distortion, in the other version there is.

OK, I didn't see them with an orchestra, but they were easily one of the best bands that I've ever seen. I think only Radiohead definitely surpass them but NIN and so many others don't come close.
Can't compare NIN and Radiohead to Portis!! Portishead is in on a different playing level. The sheer talent of Beth to be able to sound better live than on studio record speaks volumes!!
It's a brilliant performance, but I get annoyed by those 'tone-deaf' hoorays from the crowd. It's a goddamn sad song, and they just break the mood. I don't mind the very beginning, but when Beth starts singing at the intro and not yet finished at the outro..
