Thank you for the instruction video. I have the Ronin SC gimbal like you but connected (USB-C) to the ZV-E10 and the Portkeys PT 5II. to TYE ZV-E10 through HDMI. When I start the gimbal it talks to the camera but the monitor stays blank and when I pull the USB-C cable of the camera the Monitor displays the screen works. Question: how can I work at the same time both is it possible? Thank you
Hello, I used with my gimbal, ronin s, monitor with battery and Hdmi to A6400, the A6400 connected to gimbal, works good, not sure understood your question.
@@kaboratech Appreciate the feedback, meanwhile I kept trying combinations and found out that if you have a ZV-E10 connected top Ronin SC (with focus motor) and Portkeys PT 5 II; and the only cable you have connected is the HDMI cable from the Monitot you can use the focus motor on Gimbal and the Protkeys PT5II monitor functions 100% the only thing I cannot use the 'Record' button on Gimbal. I am ok with that. If you have any suggestions on how to get that working I appreciate if not still thank you for trying to help
I purchased this monitor and when I hit record on the camera, the monitor goes black and doesn’t show what I am filming. The minute I stop recording the monitor screen pictures comes back?
I have a Lumix G7 and it does not have internal recording capabilities. The camera is a seven or eight bit. You need a 10-bit or higher in order to use a field monitor to record.
I find it RIDICULOUS that they don't have any BASIC REMOTE control buttons on these external monitors like PRESS RECORD / STOP ➞ WTFFFFFFFF. Seriously, I coudln't believe there is none when I got mine. AHHHHHHGR
@@kaboratech not correct, some expensive models can control I heard, most likely cheaper ones will catch up soon. anyways really dumb from manufactureres not to include these functions on touch screen monitors
