Well, living in Florida for years I get use to the cookie cutter houses but I would rather build in the country area now. The place is very nice and clean. 👍🏾This the future of Jamaica people...close gated communities are being built all over.

I would love custom too but you have factor in location for the price. Plus it’s unless you will either have to be there to supervise the construction of your house or have someone trustworthy doing it. Otherwise these workmen will tek forever and a day to finish.
There's no safe palce in this world,I know of people living in extremely expensive waterfront properties and still get robbed . People getting robbed ina broad day light.

It's not very leafy ,the much trees and is very scare everyone Not much Individuality in the housing stock Identical assembly kit Not very imaginative Aesthetic value leaves a lot to be desired
