Hey, just a quick tip: when cloning on high frequency layer, you should lower your clone tool hardness to zero or very low. Otherwise it softens the texture on the tip edges

Your videos helped me a lot! Thank you! Question, why do you merge the original photo with the dodge and burn ? Does it just make it easier to view? Or does it have an effect when editing ?
