Ola! Are you heading off to Portugal? Where are you going? If you have any questions that came up in this video, feel free to drop them here and I'll do my best to answer them!
Hi Miss Moore. Regard to long-distance train travel in Portugal, A high-speed railway project is underway. Maybe in 2030 it will be possible to travel from Lisbon to Porto in 1 hour and 19 minutes and this will make all the difference when it comes to travel times. I also recommend that you visit the interior of Portugal, namely the "small villages". You will certainly find the best food and the best landscapes in Portugal. Here I leave some tips: Villages: - Monsanto, Aldeia de Montesinho, Aldeia da Pena. - Piodão. - Linhares da Beira. - Ansiães And so on and so on 😁 Dishes: - Cozido a Portuguesa, Leitão da Bairrada, Posta Mirandesa, Alheira de Mirandela , Cabrito Estonado, Cataplana de Marisco, Serrabulho..... If you ever return to Portugal, try to see the real Portugal and what this country really has to offer. Try to Bring an extra heart because yours will be completely full of emotions!! Thank you! ❤ Don't forget the atlantic portuguese Islands!
I think it’s whatever deal you can find! If you can find a flight directly to Porto from the US that isn’t super expensive, then go for it! I just think from my own experience, the flights into Lisbon were cheaper because there are just more flights in general going to Lisbon than to Porto
Anywhere in Europe, only use ATMs associated with a bank. Yes, Euronet or any “atm” type machine NOT with a bank will charge exorbitant fees. Your American bank can get most types of currency before you leave the States-just order a week ahead of time.
I have a tip! If you happen to be traveling to Portugal with a child 2 or younger you can skip the lines on EVERYTHING! All of the attractions, shopping, restaurants etc you don't wait in line. It's the law in the country so don't forget to pack your baby lol. It's a very child friendly place, we even did Sintra with little problem. Great video as usual. You look great and that necklace is giving!
I have heard it’s a very child friendly place…I did learn that their maternity/paternity leave is pretty generous they’re definitely trying to encourage people to have kids…I wish the US could catch on to some of these practices
