I think everyone have a metalhead inside, some people discover it some people don't, i have met metal heads that look like him or even fancier, metal is in you no matter what you wear outside.
Andres Gallego yes! As with all intense and or extreme music! I love grindcore and also passionately love electronic music such as speedcore and terror. You meet such colourful and diverse characters there :) And because of the small scene there is always a very warm and friendly ambiance :) God I love all of it
I agree with this. I look like a regular ass innocent nerdy dude who works an average joe job, but take me to a metal concert and you'll definitely see me in the pit head banging and screaming my lungs out.
I could imagine mark in his down time. Sitting comfy in his chair as the clock ticks quietly. Slides on his headphones and boom. Metal. Quietly nodding his head as he sips his wine. Godly.
I remember my first death metal show. It was Six Feet Under at Harpo's in Detroit in 1997. Everyone got peppersprayed during the opening act because someone threw a table at the neo-nazis.
There is indeed a lot more to metal than meets the eye. Maybe no fucks are given but to me, metal is about getting the most out of life, learning, meeting people, traveling, listening.
Ironically, I'm in the metal scene in my area and I don't feel like I fit in anymore than this guy does. I feel just as awkward make the metal hand signs as he looked! I feel I could hang with Foetal Juice and Mark, equally on their own turf.
I feel like this is fake but some key points were made: metal shouldn’t be taken too seriously, and it is a primal release, an adrenaline rush that consumes mind and body.
mannn watching this made me say "fuckin get em throw em in the pit, and when he got pushed it just wasn't enough for me ,. he wanted the whole experience, i wouldve gave it to em kekekekkekeke
The bands on here were Manchester based bands, After The Abduction and Foetal Juice - You want more? Check out the Aalmas listings over the last few years and whats coming up. Same with Grand Central In Manchester and Whittles in Oldham, The North West has the best upcoming bands in the UK hands down.
This guy needs to be introduced to melodic death metal and symphonic death metal. The neo-classical kind. Old Children of Bodom, Haggard and Fleshgod Apocalypse come to mind. Hell even Wintersun. Refined, technical and sophisticated death metal that can actually be appreciated and admired. Not just background noise for mindless head banging.
What the fuck?? Those people were so weird??? No alot of them are good friends of mine and absolutely amazing people. What a bullshit attitude towards a unbelievable scene, just because you don't understand it why don't you look into it instead of calling us weird and calling us gross!!!
