I'm also having trouble with poshmark. If the bag does not close, its not in proper working condition. It's broken. Be careful buying on poshmark auctions, I've been burn too many times and poshmark does not care as long as they get their 20%.
Pochette metis is the same way, it close properly when you have things inside the bag, but when it’s empty it’s harder to close, since there’s nothing inside to push against the lock.
Oh love..i would be so IRRITATED.. I've never purchased from Poshmark & now i NEVER WILL! BUT, that is a gorgeous piece! You can always take it to LV for repair! It's still so so beautiful! 😍😍😍
Now this LV piece is stunning. Their Multi color piece has always been one of my favorite. I had the wallet and sold it. That sucks that it doesn't close. It is definitely defective. I can't believe Pockmark did that! I'm frustrated for you. ❤ That's awesome you got the BBB in on it. I would have done the same.
Beautiful bag...I'd take to LV to repair since the condition is great besides the issue closing the bag. I definitely understand your frustration with how the return was handled. I had a similar situation happen to me with a LV backpack. I took it for repair and long story short it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Enjoy your bag its gorgeous!
Contact your credit card and dispute the charge. Explain to them that you were sold a defective item and open a claim against Poshmark. More than likely they will credit your account.
I agree with the other person. Dispute it with your bank that the purse 👛 is defective. I just received my Poshmark order yesterday and got a cosmetic/handbag I am going to look up the value now that I saw this video thank you 😊
Girl you've got issues. 😂🤣 It's just a bag really, take it to the store and have them repair it asap. If I were in your shoes and have already done everything and spoke to multiple useless people without resolving anything, then I'll take it to the store myself. It's not the end of the world

I love the preloved marked because you can buy beautiful vintage items like this one. However, so many resellers have been impacted by the economy and are not being honest about the true condition. Once, you complain your money has already been spent so they are unwilling to work with you on any level to resolve the matter.
Maybe the seller should have to pay to have it fixed if they sold it knowing it was a defective closure, to me that false asvertising on the item, it’s beautiful but…..
Mari that's not fair because the purse isn't working and you take it to LV they will charge you unless you find its a defect. I'm nervous to use Poshmark.

But had to exchange from another store since they only have 1 bag at every location i get that one still defect. . Lv would not refund me because i exchanged at a different lv that i purchased from so i now have a very large gift card And i was in my 30 day period . So all these stores are greedy

So sorry about the issue! Posh is weird with there decisions. But the bag is so beautiful and don’t worry about it. You found a way to close it. The seller is bad not to disclose this.
That's a defect. The reason it's in pristine condition is because it's broken and the previous owner never got it fixed nor cared about the bag. I got lucky with 2 limited edition Koons items there --priced extremely well. But I feel I just got lucky, those were the only items I got. I see a lot of fakes on there now. LV will probably fix if you love the bag (but probably charge). I think I would be irritated if I had to pay to fix it. I would contact my credit card company to do a charge back and have them fight the battle for you. The CC company can get your money back.
Mari, it is such a cute bag. So sorry you had a problem with it and I see and feel your disappointment. Sorry you had to experience that. My thoughts are the person that originally purchased it from LV did they not realize it had a issue? Why did that person not return or exchange it? Make me wonder. I think it is defective and they should have taken it back no questions asked. Just enjoy her and I see a covert to a crossbody video coming for her. I will be on the hunt for this bag now. Did the seller have anything to say? I think they definitely should have mention that it didn't close right. Number one question I always ask, is there anything wrong with the bag any damage any flaws to mention. The Clutch is Gorgeous and it looks in mint condition. I bought the same one from the real real. It came with color transfer or bleeding from the inside lining. I was a lil mad but decided to keep it even tho it had that issue , that was not mention in the listing. The price was good so that made it easier when deciding to keep it or return it.
Seller said it was working 🧐 that maybe PM when authenticating damaged it, UNLIKELY!! She knew it was damaged. Yes its in excellent condition. I'll take it in to have if repaired. TFW 💙💚💛
I think it’s definitely an issue and shouldn’t be that way but if you want this bag I would keep it since it’s in great condition otherwise and hard to find and you got a good price. Maybe LV could repair it?

I think Poshmark just doesn’t want to deal with the issue. It should close the way it is meant to and you shouldn’t have to mess with the button to close the bag. I wouldn’t be happy either. I don’t trust poshmark to purchase luxury items because i’m concerned about the authenticity but that’s just me. It’s a beautiful bag. Maybe since you are stuck with it now, you could take it to LV and see how much it would cost to fix? It’s definitely up to you whether you want to mess with the button. The person should’ve disclosed the issue with the bag and it’s not right that they didn’t do that. At least if they disclosed the issue, you would have known about it before purchase and it wouldn’t make you feel like you were taken.

Mari this is such a beautiful bag but it’s definitely defective. I’m sorry this is such a disappointment. The multicolour line is what made me fall in love with LV years ago long before I ever bought one of their bags. I wish they still made them today as it would be on the top of my wish list.

As a Poshmark seller, it’s my experience that 9 out of 10 times, Poshmark sides with the buyer. I’d take it to LV and see what they say about the clasp and possible repair as soon as possible, depending on what LV says Poshmark can’t dispute what LV says. It’s gorgeous though 🤩🤩🤩

The condition of the bag looks new. Did you get a good deal? If yes, then make an iquiry to LV to see the cost to fix. Maybe, it won't be too expensive. I'm curious what LV says about that closure. Let us all know.
It's in excellent condition! I got it for an ok price, however lock isn't functioning the way its supposed to. Idk how much LV will charge me to fix, but I will find out. Thank you TFW 💜💙💚
While it wouldn’t bother me on an item that’s hard to find, I understand being particular about something you paid a lot for. Poshmark, however, is not going to get business from me. I often get stuck with things that I would never sell without giving people a heads up about the true issue like a persistent odor or running small in a particular area. Vendors are not very professional.
