This meditation popped up in my darkest time ever, i live in a very toxic family environment where two members a mother and a sister are very harmful, negative, and degrading to my inner peace. I live in a culture where I cannot move out. I am now starting to listen to this imagining a white halo of protective light around me. I started this 21 days ago and I have really felt a shift. For the better. These statements hit home. I don't cringe when I hear some of the statements like I did at the beginning, and I have noticed a lot more syncronicities and felt more positive throughout the day. It’s been a while since I watched your videos. I finally started seeing a therapist for about 2 months and it has changed me so much, just talking to a professional can do so much and it’s thanks to you. I had to stop for a few weeks because of financial problems but my daughter has started school for the first time and I have so much free time now and cannot believe how much stress I put myself in just to be a good mother and dedicating so much time to my daughter and I forgot myself. I finally decided to catch up on your videos and am watching this now and am so thankful to you for giving me/us content to feel better in life. I don’t feel lonely anymore whether I’m with my daughter or without her, I am doing what I can to make myself be better so when my daughter is home with me I will keep being the best me for her!
