In today’s video we are reviewing Rare Beauty, this is the Positive Light Liquid Luminizer. It is a stunning champagne colour and is of course a liquid highlighter. This is pearlised and honestly is so easy to blend into dry makeup and wet. This formula is so incredibly creamy with the nicest finish I’ve seen in awhile! Very impressed!! Thanks Tania for letting me borrow it!
