Thanks for being here, but the affirmations are not copied from Louise Hay, but she is the OG of affirmations so of course they may sound similar to hers. I have a masters of science in positive psychology and I’ve been doing these a long time as well. 💜💜💜
When people want to overcome an attachment they must do this every morning and night and know it feel it and wish it for others too the affirmations I'm referring to
I am constantly beat up and have to face so many challenges it doesn't seem worth it many days. Positive affirmations are the only thing that help me get through. Thank you for making these available.
I understand the need for ads and support you making a profit but I wonder if they could be moved to the end or the beginning? I used to love listening and practicing in the shower but lately I end up stuck with the ads, really pulls me out of the moment. No worries if not, I think I have an old video saved that doesn't do that. Thanks for ur work :)

@@drvanda oh, honestly I didn't watch this one. But I typically watch ever day, just whatever shows up on my algorithm from Dr. Vanda and it's been happening the last week.
