In my opinion DHA needs to do more for entertainment and something different other than just parks. Water park and the zip line with horse riding is good and they are moving in the right direction but this is DHA! It’s currently the most dominant thing in Pakistan in regards to building societies, they need to do a theme park with big rides, water rides,roller coasters. They need to bring a large zoo into phase 6 or 7
Property in DHA valley has been totally devastated by some so called property dealers, Not all but majority of them played their role in flattening the society. Let's hope for the best. In my honest opinion, if buyers do sale n purchase directly with sellers eliminating the role of P.Ds, it would result much better . I do have a lot of respect for MH property guy being honest n calm. However the reality is still there, where do u get 8 Marla on ground in 3 million?
It would be better to explain ratio between developed and non-developed plots in Sector B3. Also total number of plots in Sector B3, then it will be easy to know the possession percentage. Do you have such info? Thanks!
2008 to 2024 dha held many ceremonies but only gave possession of 3100 plots out of 80000 plots which is big question mark for DHA big name. Malik Riaz CE ofBahria town flew to London after big fraud with Dha. DHA could not give plots even after 16 years That should get care their name ams for respect of institution.. A person even gets retirement after 17/18 years.
if you have balloted plot and you want to build house with in 12 months... you can ask them and they will provide with possession (but building house within 1 year is compulsory)
