I was recently invited by one of my long-time subscribers, Mark, to assist him in inspecting some Possum Traps. Little did I know that our adventure would take a thrilling turn as we unexpectedly found ourselves embarking on an intense pursuit of a pair of wild pigs. To discover the thrilling outcome of our hunt, you'll have to tune in and watch the full video. Trust me when I say that I had an absolutely amazing morning that exceeded all expectations. Join me now for an unforgettable experience. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

I’m impressed with that pig. I never knew it was possible to bowl a pig with a sub 22. Good work 👌

My traps have had bugger all use but I still remember the first time I set a few in Southland at night, and couldn’t resist going for a look 1hr later and got one..!!🎉🎉🎉 used the sleeping hammer times2 then unlatched the 110% dead possum from the trap…then he decided to come back alive and quietly walked away 😂😂😂😂😂

Lovely extra. Possums make warm clothes and slippers. Great for the pet food too. Our dogs used to eat them when the kids left them out before skinning. Lol. 😊😊😊😊

An alternative to setting on fences (includes electric ones, although it's one of the few situations stapling to the chain links, short, has its place) if doing a lot in open country is pegs. Don't see many using them but they work when attached with something that won't come undone, and are driven in firmly. Rechecked, re-driven if needed after a catch. Like staples, if not secure it's searching for a monkey with a bangle. Impressed with the pig result, especially subs, but it worked, & a good eater. Don't need to pretend it is quality like so many, to their friends pets benefit... If trying that again worth testing solid subs (pistol ammo) on target & for penetration. Solids, sub or super, penetrate more. Same principle as using solids in the 308 or 7mm if the elephants are raiding the garden patch.
