Briefly, most cases are not dangerous and they disappear on their own, but rare cases may affect the quality of life. Long Covid is not a disease, it is an umbrella of various signs and symptoms and illnesses, most of long covid cases are mild such as loss of sense of smell or taste, in other cases it is tachycardia and palpitations without further heart damage, but in less common cases it is a severe myocarditis or other serious health conditions, we still don't know enough details, we don't have a treatment but only medications to control the signs and symptoms...
