Good advice on the footwork. Never thought of it like that. Still working on the MJ fade. Tough shot but you have to elevate for it to be effective. Thanks coach.
Only a real baller will understand so i get back home, it's a really nice day, i put on my basketball shorts tie my shoes get ready to play. I get to the court and its taken, walk to another court taken too, another one same - thing go all the way to a different place to see that the courts taken too. Three of my friends text me saying that they can't play. I go home with the same shorts and ball without even playing... Just pure disappointment.....
how do you know which way is the best way to fade? I'm used to reading D by looking so having my back towards the defender is completely different. Also, how do you not lose arc when fading? i always tend to release more forward to compensate fading which makes my shot flat
Hey coach been watching your videos for a while. I made the basketball team but... I made the b team I want to make the A team next year. I was a 4 and my school coach says I need work more on my shot can u make a video for a post workout??
can u pls tell me what is travelling bcs I thought is moving by getting the ball in ur hand without dribbling but in step back move we are doing same but it's not a foul
you should show how to do post moves on defenders instead of air. you're not explaining the necessary details on footwork and body contact to make any of these moves really effective.
You should clarify that these are post moves for a dead eye shooter. Believe if you come in low with any of these moves you are going to have a post player with their hand all in your face that you will have to shoot over. Not a single ball fake with a step through??? I'm a post, those moves are killer when guards pull them. Don't teach these kids 6'6 guard moves. Teach em 5'8 guard moves.
