You are under the assumption that these narcissist psychopaths that have infested key institutions actually care about truth and reality. That's just not the case. They have contempt for your rights, freedoms, health, happiness and prosperity. They are incapable of love, even for their own children.
Its hard to hold police accountable even when they had to sware an oath to protect the constitution. None of them actually know or have read the constitution. They just do it to get the job because they have no other skills. Hence welfare workers.
@@waviiyoungprince You can't even pay them to care. Narcissists cannot be cured or treated as adults and they will try to directly or indirectly kill their good, empathic, normal, loving targets. Which could be you, me or anyone you love.
@@Eclecticperspective1 Every narcissist in every country threatened by good, empathic, normal, loving people says that exact same rhetoric. How does it feel to share a hive mind void of original thought and creativity? That's okay, don't hurt anyone due to your self-inadequacy and self-hatred, it's just fascinating that no matter the cultural, religious, or language differences, narcissists share twisted mind.
Putting a limp wrist dinger in charge is a disgrace. Buddy should be back living in a straw hut if we didn’t decide we needed cheap field work back in the day. Fuck we shouldn’t have bought these fools.
This Post Office is terrible. The employees and supervisor have no name tags and are dressed in street wear. I would never trust my information with the workers at this location.
i tell them all u want hear from my lawyer fine then i sue this place & force every worker to be fired ASAP for harassment, false 911 call & etc if nothing happen & u all still have the job that u didnt learn anything then i make this post office a living hell 24/7 with every person with camera phoning to give shit
This post office reminds me of a fast food restaurant when the managers is temporarily out. A zoo. At this post office it appears that there’s nobody home! Whoever hired these people needs to be fired with them!
The cop chimes in and backs the workers not identifying. Needs to stay in his lane. Then he realized that the employees were the problem. Should have never got himself involved.
That post offices was the worst I've ever seen and we pay these idiots. I hope something gets done about this bad post office fire them all and get some helpful and courteous people in there
If I were a supervisor of a USPS, I would not want to be the worst in the country. Wow! Supervisor is totally passive-aggressive. I hope they learn the Law & their own policies, especially identifying when a member of the public asks. I hear there are lots of good people looking for well paying jobs....
26:38 "We apologize for your experience you received here today but you may have caught them off guard..." Yeah... That's kinda the point. OMG it's the health inspector! He can't come today, we are off guard. He should call first so we can be on our best behavior and have everything cleaned up before you come with your "surprise" inspection. 🤦🏻♂️
The USPS lost over $9,000,000,000 last year alone. It’s business has shrunk more than 60% over the past decade. It subsidies junk mail while sticking it to the people. Pension costs alone are up to $5,000,000,000 per year. It’s no wonder these things happen, it’s evident in their behavior nearly everywhere.
Hi from the UK to DMA and team - that is about the worst interaction I have seen at a USPO. Totally un-professional behaviour at all levels. Keep us informed of developments with your complaint. Perhaps you can arrange to meet the Postal Inspector and discuss these matters with him. Surely ALL public employees have an obligation to identify when asked by a member of the public, who is their employer in essence. Needs a mass audit there to educate these idiots on public photography. Stay safe guys.
It's almost like sound editing doesn't exist and hasn't for decades. They think licensed music is the smoking gun and it just shows how out of touch they are.
The craziest moment for me was the so-called "government lady" with the miniature poodle. WTF was that all about? lol I would have let her keep talking... That would have been RU-vid gold right there!
You can turn them into ASCAP and BMI and UMG for music right violations. They take those kind of claims seriously. Unless they have a license to broadcast music to the public. I would suggest sending them an unedited part where they are playing music illegally
REPORT HIM FOR RECORDING YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION CONTRARY TO USPS CODE OF CONDUCT 667 Service Matters, 667.2 Interception of Oral or Wire Communications by Postal Employees: 667.21 Prohibition; “During the course of activities related to postal employment, postal employees may not record, monitor, or otherwise intercept the oral or wire communications of any other person through the use of any electronic, mechanical, or other device, nor listen in on a telephone conversation, nor direct another to do so, unless all parties involved in the communication are made aware of and consent to such interception.”
He had no clue about anything. He leaves then comes back with I’ll refer you to poster 7 and that should conclude everything. Someone in the back told him what to say.
This post office is full of uneducated bullies ignorants and disrespectful with the customers for long long time🤦🏻♀️nothing charge I really hope this video help the community we’re F sick of this “service”
This guy, the lady and the cashier should be let go or fired! I damn sure don't want people like them running through our mail. Unfortunately, the rudeness is everywhere in every post office! They are assholes. Wonder why we have so much missing mail!?!?!
The supervisor doesn't not have a right to "protect" his employees from a complaint being made about their conduct. He has an obligation to you, to facilitate the making of a complaint if you wish to make one, and a complaint will need to specify the employee. They are supposed to wear name badges for this very reason. So people know who they spoke to and can specify who that was at a later time if necessary.
I don’t think the black guy you talked to was a supervisor. He really seemed clueless. The fact he went into the back and came out with I’ll refer you to poster 7. He was not a supervisor.
The first letter of my first name is G.... That's when I knew the cop was getting a little bit of the finger. But fair dues to him, he was professional and tried his best when he was corrected over the Private Property.
Poster 7 explained - see the problem people have in comprehending the text of USPS Poster 7 is... the subject areas and conditions. Note: the section in Poster 7 concerning "Photography for News", it covers three "Subject Areas" (SA#) and two "Conditions" (C#) ; (SA1) Photographs for News, (C1) -entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums (C2) Other photographs (SA2)-Advertising, (SA3)-or Commercial Purposes. Let me explain the subject areas, and their conditions. USPS Poster 7 (Aug 2016) text. Photographs for News (SA1), Advertising (SA2), or Commercial Purposes (SA3) (SA1) Photographs for news purposes may be taken in (C1) entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule. (C2 & SA2, SA3) Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head. (The last sentence deals "Only" with "(C2) Other photographs" IE: "Advertising (SA2), or Commercial Purposes (SA3)" as (SA1) and its condition (C1) was already covered. Where readers misinterpret the last part of the first sentence covering (SA1) & (C1) is when they encounter the word "except." (We will refer to that as the "exception.") The "exception", which is "Except Where Prohibited", indicates that it has to be "already prohibited" or is "being prohibited", _again, "where prohibited". IE: [except where (in any of those places it is) prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule] Again, the key words are: "Except where Prohibited"....by offical signs - Currently there is no Legal Signage prohibiting news photography in public areas. • or Security Force personnel. • -Would need to be already in position to restrict photography or stop someone from doing it for violating the USPS "Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct". • or other authorized personnel • - Would need to be already in position to restrict photography or stop someone from doing it for violating the USPS "Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct". The POSTMASTER does NOT have the authority governing the denial of news photography, which is already allowed in lobbies, foyers, and corridors. • or a Federal court order or rule prohibits it. Currently the Federal Courts allows news photography in public areas. Currently the CFR, the DHS Order of 2018, the USPS POM, and the USPS Poster 7 all allow news photography in public areas. Cause: the "right" to take pictures or video in public areas has already been clearly established by the courts and the government/courts can not confirm a "right" then place restrictions that take that "right" away in its entirety. Even 41 CFR § 102-74.420 (linked below) clearly verifies photography is allowed for news purposes in the public areas. And the CFR is the Controling federal regulation for Poster 7. 41 CFR § 102-74.420 [2008] What is the policy concerning photographs for news, advertising or commercial purposes? www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CFR-2008-title41-vol3/xml/CFR-2008-title41-vol3-sec102-74-420.xml 39 CFR § 232.1() [2003] Conduct on postal property. www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CFR-2003-title39-vol1/xml/CFR-2003 -title39-vol1-sec232-1.xml USPS Poster 7 [2016]: about.usps.com/posters/pos7.pdf DHS Operational Readiness Order of 2018 on Photography: www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/Operational Readiness Order HQ-ORO-002-2018 Photography and Videotaping ....pdf USPS Inspector acknowledgement: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tTpT7T77DTU.htmlm10s ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tTpT7T77DTU.htmlm00s ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tZIZbighujg.htmlm00s USPS Station Manager acknowledgement: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-U-PkfKgZIYA.htmlm20s Settled Court Case (Aug 2020): Silverthorne pays $9,500 settlement to 'First Amendment auditor' following incident at post office www.summitdaily.com/news/silverthorne-pays-9500-settlement-to -first-amendment-auditor-following-incident-at-post-office/
I have never been in a post office to where the music was so loud. And that first man that works for the Post office look at his eyes he looks really ill. 😢 The post office needs to educate their employees.
Such a disrespectful post office I've ever seen. Defund the post office too. We have private companies that will do the same job. If they think there going to be disrespectful then I donr way my tax dollars going to the po. I will be using a private delivery service from now on.
I was watching that officer's eyes when you spelled out Good Citizen. Maybe he was hiding it well with his eyes or the mask hid more of any kind of reaction til he looked up at you that was pretty funny. Next time, give them your DOB as 09/17/1787 the first time the constitution was signed or maybe more people would just recognize 07/04/1776 haha. Crazy PO. Lots of rude folks. Someone above the post master in the PO chain of command needs to see this video immediately. There needs to be some drastic changes in personnel. And training and memos need to be done every 6 months instead of yearly or something. How can so many POs be so out of touch with Poster 7 and the DHS memo that they should have been trained on. I found an old receipt with a clerk number at the bottom by the survey code. Maybe he could have given their employee number instead of a name, just so you could possibly have something to identify them with for the complaint. Not sure if every PO uses a employee code or number for who helped at the register, or name. Just thinking out loud.
Why is Dreadlocks so arrogant and such a liar? What is he pretending to look at off in the distance? Why does he answer almost everything with “That’s fine.”
Cop keeps backing them up for them being stupid. The person that hires these people should be jailed for not holding them accountable doing the job they were hired to do
The actual tactics and phrases law enforcement uses to violate the rights of the people hasn't changed in over 30 years. This is precisely what has caused them to expect people to just bow to their word to stroke their ego each time it's done
You guys do absolutely awesome work! Your tact and knowledge is exceptional and courteous to reflect that the actual objective is not to be confrontational. You do great research and have excellent responses to the nonsense they spew as they make attempts to violate your rights. I can tell you from experience of dealing with law enforcement that the tactics and general operation of law enforcement is structured to violate the rights of the general naive public. The resources and platforms to educate yourself are tenfold readily available then in the 90's thanks to the internet. If we had this information so easily obtained 25-30 years ago things would be a lot of different now. Before the internet one actually had to go to the library and check out books, or go to the courthouse and actually read books. That required a lot of energy and money because you couldn't do it from your couch.
Music blaring at a post office? Should be some firings over this! Loud music, rude employees, no regulations or rules, flipping customers off... you got to be kidding.
25:49 Auditor - "How would we know who to make a complaint against?" Cop - They know who worked - Say the time and date and they will know who was here that day." Really officer? So if we have an officer complaint, do we just say "Oh it was at this time on that date at that place on that street." You must've known which of the 400+ uniformed police officers it was working on that day right? No officer, that's why you have name plates on your uniforms and badges with numbers on it 🤦🏻♂️
To be fair I think the blonde lady wanted to give you some moral support and indicate that she believes in what auditors do, but she felt she couldn't say as much as she wanted to because she was on camera and wasn't sure her employer would approve. You had a right to film her, and she did acknowledge that. When she said you couldn't film her I think she meant that she couldn't have the conversation with you that she wanted to have if you filmed her. That was my impression.
That’s exactly what it was she just didn’t get it out right! She was saying she’s on the clock although on her lunch break so she is not allowed to have a potentially “political” conversation where she expresses her views on the subject! Working/contracting with the federal government means you’re stifled in many ways and don’t have the freedom of speech while on the clock!
It's funny when private citizens try to intimidate videographers..I mean we are out there documenting and standing up to and at certain times, verbally beating down the biggest criminal gang organization in America..And a private citizen thinks we can be intimidated by them...🤣🤣🤣Too funny..Great Job...Looking forward to the next one..Stay safe and remember to Always Film the Police 💯💪👍
