I'm using composites with DBA since 1995.My observation is there were lot more sensitivity cases when we were using 5G DBA and few would become necrotic as well.Fortunately such cases have become rare with 7g dbas.My advice to my younger colleagues is if a patient complains of post op sensitivity, immediately remove the filling thoroughly and place reinforced ZOE immediately and let the tooth heal.Dont expect sensitivity to go away on its own or with desensitising tooth pastes.Aftr 4 weeks you can replace it with composite but do place a light cured Gic liner on dentin.
My mom has been through root canal on both sides of her month on the back on top and book like upper two and bottom two teeths on each side. She is suffering a lot of pain like in the start her tongue is so swollen that she cant at least talk properly she is stuttering and cant eat properly.she gone to doctor multiple times they said that it is normal but at this point 4 months are passed still no change in pain.she is shivering due to the tooth pain and she gone to doctor and asked to file some amount of tooth as it seems to be bit high so after that her tongue became normal swelling gone and her tongue became normal colour then after few days her tongue sems to get black spots. And we went to another doctor and he gave her a injection and told that it may be due to lack of vitamins and prescribed some medicine. And now she is facing pain again in the teeth she if feeling pain when she eats or drinks hot and cold and when she chew her cheek skin comes in the way and her pain is not going and she tells that her teeth seems to be in improper size like we can't figure out anything and she is in alot of pain and doctors seem to be saying that it is normal u have to let it goo. Can you please suggest some thing
