You are doing great. Its good you are not letting the gain discourage you this week. Now that you have exercise clearance that weight will start coming off before ya know it. Meat & fresh veggies were hell for me for the first few months. Hang in there =)

Have you tried the greek yogurt? The Dannon light and fit greek yogurt is a really good source of protein and it tastes sooo good! Oh and I wanted to tell you that I can see a difference in you! Your face looks skinnier!

you should try atkins, whey, and lean body protein shakes :)
