Didn’t in the waiting room for the podium, strange reaction to LH complimenting McLaren. It was petty and immature, probably lashing out as he was frustrated
He really tried hard to control himself. But when boss says swap positions, you obey. I wonder what hurt more: Russia 2021( partially team's fault) or Hungary 2024 ( team order).
Big up to Lando for covering the F-up that McLaren made today. I hope behind closed doors he says how he really feels cause as a driver there is no way you are okay with giving up a win. This cannot happen again for McLaren
@@sanvirs he was gifted the position but he was going significantly faster than the 3 second gap the undercut gave him. It's not Lando's fault McLaren's strategy sucked and that his pace was quicker than Oscar's
just pause at 7:54 , LH stating "just think about these two guys , how young these guys are ,.... wearing nappies...." wow that was a clear cut statement to Lando , don't f*** mess with seniors !!! LH surely knows how to give it back and lando couldn't lookup whereas Oscar just laughed at it because deep down Oscar knew that it was meant to lando , lol .... get in there lewis!!!!
It’s not disgusting, don’t be silly. Was poorly planned, normally lead driver gets first stop. They gave in to lando and artificially put him ahead of his team mate. Hence why they told him to swap.
@@daveruda I have no problem with swapping the drivers, I do however have a problem with the way that the team handled it and how they spoke to Lando, extremely unprofessional
gosh, Lando was almost crying whole interview. Mclaren cut his balls off on public today. What a bunch of idiots. No Idea how they are gonna fight for the Championship after that.
They were trying to do the right thing. Very good to see Lando understands he knows that's not his win to take this time. That's what a true champion should be like.
@@tjantilag with the teammate that would push him wide next time again, because he now knows this is how you win races for Mclaren. irrelevant how slow or fast you are, just stick your nose inside the t1 and brakes as late as you can.
Piastri didn’t win. Mclaren put him in position to finish first and Lando slowed the car for him to finish first. Lando won the race but Piastri is on the book for first. I hope Lando puts his foot down with the team and don’t let that type of situation happen ever again. He drove better than his teammate
You're genuinely insane if you think Piastri wasn't the deserved winner. If Oscar pits first he wins that race. Have a cry, the best driver on the day won. Lando lost it into turn one.
You clearly have started watching F1 at most 2 years ago. You obviously don't understand the power of undercut. Lando was put in a position to be ahead, Piastri was already far ahead when McLaren team decided pit Lando first giving him the advantage over Pastri. Trust me Piastri will go farther than Lando in F1 career, just watch, Lando is a prick and Piastri is not just fast considering he is barely 2 seasons in F1 but also more respectful and mature than both Lando and Max combined.
