Post Spawning Double Method Feeder Fishing | Lad vs Dad
Who will win the lad vs dad post spawning session ?!
With spawning in full force me and my dad decided to head over to high heyes for some method feeder fishing targeting some other species.
As you will see it transpired to be a tough session but we gave it everything and managed to get a few on the bank !

I count it 5-3 if a fish is in the net on the hook or not counts in my book.your dad was cheating casting 10 pegs down the lake u will be the referee and take 2 fish off him so we all need a rematch😂 Great fun video guys

My Grandad taught me to fish from a very young age, we fished until he was 92, I was lucky enough that he got to go with my son a few times... I miss them days so much. Your a lucky man.

I have a korum multi mat and 1 of best thing ever I bought. It is big enough for all tackle box/bags. I even use it as a seat alot.

Hi Westy, What went wrong? 1) I bet you used them Westy's Wafters. Get some good bait. 😂😂 2) You're dad out classed you. 😅 3) You couldn't see what you were doing with sunglasses on in the rain. 4) Clickers!! A cracking video. You and your dad having a great day fishing together. I don't watch your videos for the giveaways. You've never given me anything, yet 🙏 I watch because they are good videos. I have to say this is one of the best because of the interaction your, usually quiet, dad had with you. I am 79 and only get to go fishing with my son on the odd occasion, but he takes it very serious and goes all out to beat me every time, and usually does. But then I taught him everything he knows.😂 Keep up the good work. You always put a smile on my face. Especially with the goldfish from the fair. Barry from Essex.

Another great video Westy 👌 I had a similar session there last week, and couldn't work out what was going on there. High Hayes normally fishes well. I caught a tench right near the end of my session that saved a blank. Get yourself and your dad off to crook hall or drumnersdale. Keep the video's coming, top quality👌💥

Ive had a few duff sessions recently at german lane and high heyes, only places ive battered em was at beacon view and she said they had spawned early there. Had a corking day at crook hall farm too bagging 49 carp.

@@WestysAnglingthe carp at beacon view went mental around 4pm, had 7 doubles in the last hour biggest around 13lb. Crook hall is tough nut to crack, you have to be literally touching the island ( I think the bank must be undercut) on maggies pond otherwise you will only catch tench,bream,roach. The carp are also in the margins very early and late afternoon. But as virtually every f1 is above 6lb and carp to 18lb its worth persevering.

They all spawn at different times of year , tench and bream usually earlier 👌🏻 so a few videos back when we where caching loads of bream and tench they where feeding up before spawning 🎣
