Post to Chatter Action in Salesforce Flow Builder
In this video, I'm explaining how you can create a post in a chatter group whenever the name of an account is changed.
I'm using standard Action Post to Chatter in Salesforce Flow Builder.
What is Chatter Group?
Chatter is a great collaboration tool for your users. Through the use of Chatter groups, users can communicate and share.
What are Flow actions in Salesforce Flow?
Flow actions are custom actions that render a flow. They provide a secure way to build custom functionality without writing code. Flow actions are supported only in the Salesforce mobile app and Lightning Experience.

You're a very good teacher, thank you! I wonder if you might do a similar video but for a scenario that posts to Chatter on a Scheduled Path? In my example, we have a formula checkbox on Payment to indicate when 'Scheduled Date is Past', and when it becomes checked and Paid=False, schedule two Chatter messages to the Opp Owner: 1) 5 days after Scheduled Date, and 2) 30 days after, if still not marked as Paid.

Hello, I want to create a flow - When new account is created, message post on chatter group. I have done but it is not working. I have used record trigger flow. when new account is created. Conditions are Met, Account Name Equals True. | Action and Related Record | done. || Create a Record | How many records to create One | How to Set the Record Fields - Use separate resources, and literal values | Object Account | Field Name - $record > Account Name | done. || Action - Post to chatter | Message - Text template {!Post} | Target Name or ID - ABC | Target Type - Group. Can you please help me to fix it?

I want to post a chatter on an opportunity if the case linked to that opportunity moved to cancelled status. Do I need to get records first or how do I post to an opportunity if a cancelled case ?

No you need to create flow on case and then post it on opportunity. You can get the opp id from the case record only

@@salesforcegeek Hey, so I finally noticed that the only way to send Rich Text into Chatter is creating a Feed Item record, not from de Post to Chatter action, right?
